Zero star and four star on my ratings which I am going to mathematically average to three despite it to two I give zero stars for the bottom which has two rubber circles that fell off, and I can’t figure out what the heck they are for other than falling off. My guess is they are supposed to give grip to the case, but they don’t do that and they fall off so I threw them away because there’s no way to keep them on And I give four stars for the knock box itself. It is much better than the one I had and there is minimal splatter from knocking. I do think that the wooden knocker could be set forward more to give a bit more clearance on the backside of the knock box and also think that a rubber knocker might work a little bit better than the hardwood.
