Yame Signature Matcha

Extremely fast delivery and a hand written card inside!!

I wish I can attach a picture to show the color of this matcha. Upon opening the bag, I can tell that this is not good. You can smell the astringency immediately. The powder skewed towards more yellow, soft but not velvet smooth. It was advertised to go well with milk as a latte but unfortunately it was not the case for me. After stirring, the color of my latte was greenish yellow. The taste is very astringent, bitter. I have had a couple blends of Yame Culinary grade from different producers, and they weren't even this bad. As much as I love Mizuba's matcha, this blend is not a good one due to quality and not up to par as advertised.

So creamy! Made for matcha lattes and it did not disappont! WOW! I make my matcha lattes with oatmilk and it’s a perfect combo.
