Didnt recieve any free gifts with my purchase and the box came in damaged. I blame the carrier not the company, but I have been using for 2 weeks on and off not everyday, have noticed my mid section feel tighter but I'm not losing weight or size on my dad bod gut. Maybe with longer and more frequent use I will start to see a difference. Idk do your research before you buy because the market is full of gadgets like this right now.
