My absolute FAV Electrolyte drink!

I've tried a lot of different electrolyte drinks in the lasr few years.... but Hyro is the best. Taste yum and gives me sustainable hydration and energy throughout my day.

For the Ostomates out there...

I've had an ileostomy for 2.5 years now and because of my compromised digestive system I can have only a very small amount of plain water each day. My main source of hydration comes from electrolyte supplements. My stoma nurse suggested Hydralyte during my recovery, but after continuing output issues, more surgeries and crazy amounts of medications, my Dr said I need something more- and then I stumbled onto Hyro. And unless you have an ostomy or know someone who has, you wouldn't realise how important what and how much I drink each day is. So, I am now a convert. Yes, it's more expensive than the other brands- and given how expensive my health conditions cost my family, I did go back and forth for a while because of cost. But, I realise it's completely worth it. And I know my body thanks me for it.
