Terrible! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The toast dish arrived broken. What makes it even more frustrating is that the box was wrapped with extra protective packaging, yet the actual product was not properly secured. To make matters worse, I emailed the company two days ago and provided photos as evidence of the damaged item, but I have yet to receive a response. Poor packaging and poor customer service—very disappointing overall.
