Incomplete package

The kit did not include the fertilizer which was listed as part of the kit. Also, the seed packets were not labeled. I was not familiar with the tiny black seeds--not sure if that was the fertilizer, so wasted some of them. Then found out they were the catnip seeds. Labeling and clearer diagram on box would be helpful.
