Cat nip vs cat mint

I’m eager to see what is growing in my pot. The pictures that are shown in the website are all cat mint, except the one in bloom which is too fuzzy to tell. Cat mint is also attractive to cats but less so than catnip. Cat mint is also much prettier in the garden and a much sturdier plant. I didn’t have any issues with germination. It is pretty slow growing, but this is December! None of the mint family is terribly happy indoors.

Catnip?

I noticed that the seed packet had no information on it. Not a big deal, I only ordered one item and the seeds looked right. Then the request for a review came and showed a picture of catmint instead of catnip. Granted, catmint has a much more glamorous look to it. I went back to the website and looked and sure enough I missed it. It has been planted and in a month or two I will know. That would be a more appropriate time to review the purchase anyway. I’ll keep my fingers crossed Thanks
