We used ours recently and found it has very good support. Much better than other memory foam ones. This could be a bit warm on the plane. Found the planes are usually warmer these days. Not like in the old days, normally would ask for blanket. Recommended!

Actually used it more in a car than on the plane on my recent trip We were in the pointy end of the plane so we didn't need extra support for the most part. I did use it as a lumbar wedge on a shorter domestic flight in an older plane. Very helpful. However, we drove from Brisbane to Melbourne and it was most appreciated when napping (as a passenger, of course). Also, love the mask and did use that several times during longer flights. Doesn't mess with contacts or make up. Great design.

I like the way it fits around my neck but I have yet to try it out! Bought it to take on a plane for our European vacation at the end of April! I will do another review after that trip!
