It's the first time I've been able to sleep on an airplane, EVER! It really does hold your head up. You need to align it just right or the Velcro will scratch your chin, but it's easy to re-align. The only thing not easy is squeezing it back in the little bag.

I was initially upset as I did not receive my package . The company made it right and sent me my order. My only complaint was it was initially hard to get through to customer service.

I used this on a 14 hour flight and it kept my head from bobbing so I could sleep. It is a really clever design and the cover is so soft! I was very happy with the purchase!
