Great puzzle to do and lots of fun. Can't wait for the NHL puzzles to add to my collection

We absolutely LOVED putting this together over the holidays. The quality is amazing! We loved the cut out shapes of the players. Such a unique and awesome gift!

While my grandson was excited to receive his puzzles, I am less than pleased about my dealings with the company. I ordered these puzzles on November 29th with shipping of 2-7 days, in plenty of time for Christmas. I received them on December 29th, considerably later than the 2-7 days delivery shown on the website. I was hesitant to order after spending over $100 for a large puzzle from you last year and when my grandson and family put it together during baseball season they found that the puzzle had one strange piece that didn't fit anywhere so they ended up with an expensive puzzle that they couldn't finish because it was missing a piece and a company that wouldn't do anything about it because it wasn't reported within 30 days of receiving it. In summary, the puzzles are quite nice and fun but it appears the company doesn't care much about customer service.
