This is my first espresso machine I ever bought and the pressure gage and water coming out doesnt work properly. I reached out to customer service and after about a week I had to keep asking for the rest of my orders. I do keep asking for a replacement, still not sure if it will happen or not. They did give me $80 back which I appreciated. I’m just dissappointed that this was my experience so far.
