Heavenly Coconut Key Lime Cake Kit

Easy and delicious

I made this cake for my mom’s birthday and she really liked it. It was pretty easy to prepare and it tasted great! I would recommend less time in the oven than what the instructions say. I purchased additional coconut and toasted it for the topping.

This is a wonderful cake and so easy to make. Flavorful and moist. Huge hit with my family!

I made one of these mixes as soon as I received it yesterday and it is amazing! I made it in the round pan this time. I toasted the coconut as suggested and saved half for topping. My husband loved it too!
