Good quality sea moss blend. I love the taste of this one! I can eat a spoonful with a smile! My family also love the taste of this one.

I really loved the benefits I was getting by taking Sea moss, but I stopped taking it because it was a pain to prepare and make. I decided to try Earth & Sea brand pre-made gel, and since I never had the flavored variety, I opted for the soursop blend. I love it! Typically I use 1-2 TB in a smoothie, but this can be eaten right off the spoon. Nice flavor. I also ordered the purple Sea moss gel, which I've never tried. I will be ordering from this site again!
