I am a regular customer. I always get the salted cod from Frank and Sal. The product is just perfect. The fillets are beautiful and clean, no skin or bones. It is well packaged and always arrive so quickly. This is my go to store for salted cod.

I have purchased your salted cod from Amazon for many years however when it was no longer available I decided to order directly from Frank and Sal. I am originally from the island of Montserrat in the West Indies and salted cod is not new to me. However Frank and Sal Italian Market sells the best "Salted Cod" I've ever tasted. Going forward I will be buying salted cod from Frank and Sal.

Great Bacalao

I'm a big bacalao lover and it's hard to find good bacalao in the U.S. I was happy to find Frank and Sal and enjoy the quality of the fish. I was hesitant at the beginning as the fish came from NY and I'm in WA but it arrived within 2 days and just fine. It was a beautiful bacalao piece and very tasty. I will definitely by from them again.
