Before ordering, I had several questions and requested a few customizations. Remmie explained everything clearly, responded promptly, and handled every concern professionally, including customs and shipping details. The screen arrived extremely well packed in a wooden frame and was perfectly protected during transport. Delivery took a little longer because it was shipped by sea, but I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The build quality is superb, and the screen performs beautifully. The included wireless remote and USB dongle make operation very convenient, with automatic opening and closing when the projector is turned on or off. All customizations were delivered exactly as agreed. Colors are vivid, the image is beautiful, and the viewing experience is impressive even in daylight. I am extremely pleased with this purchase — it has elevated my home cinema setup significantly.
