My Screen Once Again Raises and Lowers

My Elite Screens Evanesce B, 92" 16:9, Recessed in-Ceiling Electric Projector Screen was purchased and installed in May 2022. I use it with the RF remote triggered from the projector. Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago, when the screen started acting up, failing to raise, and eventually stopped working altogether. I tried the troubleshooting steps, including using the keypad on the receiver, the IR remote, and a 9-volt battery on the input terminals, but with no success, which indicated the circuit board was bad. I ordered the replacement circuit board. It was easy to replace, with only 4 screws holding it in. After installation and pairing the RF remote, it worked again. Pricing was fair, and the order arrived as expected.

Ordering parts OK. Getting advice slow.

Ordering my part was fine. The problem was when I emailed for advice as to how to fix my screen the answer came after waiting 10 days. I would deem that response rather slow. But, I'm thankful that I at least got a response.
