Lost Remote, Replacement worked immediately!

Had an old projector screen that we bought and didn't have a remote. So I contacted customer service with the serial number and they showed me this remote. Somehow, after years of this projector banging around, rolled up manually, and abused, the remote worked first try, no issues with bluetooth at all. Very impressed!

Worked without an issue, pairing it was easy enough.

It worked great.
