After a long search I came across a brand that kept coming up with some of the best reviews but I also noticed what Kiwibit offered seemed pretty impressive as well. My plan was to have multiple cameras anyway so I ended up buying both. Now, my only regret is that your company does not offer some other products like humming bird feeders and bird baths with cameras. From the quality materials, the packaging, the setup instructions, and performance … everything has been great. The only minor thing the other feeder offered (which was not a problem for me) was a way to mount the feeder on a pole with clamps and not just at the top of the pole. The app program layout and features are very user friendly, informative and helpful. I was even pleasantly suprised with your support team. I initially purchased the subscription model by mistake and reached out to your support team. They not only quickly replied to my email and were helpful but were very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about me as a customer and proud of their product. I will highly recommend Kiwibit.
