First of all, it’s poor quality. Within one week the lens on the camera had been broken and the cord as well by the squirrels and birds. It looked like the birds pecked the camera lens and now there’s a big hole in it. Obviously you need a Bird Feeder that will stand up to the environment. I’ve had numerous birdfeeders in the past, and this is the first one that they could actually break the glass or lens, which needs to be made from something that isn’t breakable.

I have the feeder in good sunlight, but it is not charging the Feeder.

Solar panels don't give enough power. Likely not enough sun. I love my feeder, but so do turkeys and squirrels, and I can't keep them away. Don't want to feed rodents.
