I was nervous to try this product but it was actually really yum. Not a grassy taste but more nutty and smooth which i absolutely loved. Will be buying more for sure!!

Quite bitter, umami & strong

Quite bitter, umami and strong if that's your style. I don't mind it I just use less and add in more honey. Whips nicely for an iced matcha. Price on par with other good quality ceremonial matchas
