Missing something essentials

These products were descent and the flavor is nice but I probably won't buy them again. They're missing some essentials I need in a multivitamin and don't have nearly enough potassium for what most people need in an electrolyte. In fact for the amount of salt that'sin there you'dthink they would balance it out with an adequate amount of potassium. Something else I didn't like right off the bat is how you must buy and take the whole set to get an adequate amount of zinc compared to copper. Otherwise you'll have an imbalance. Another thing that I don't love is that the liquid in my tincture bottle is starting to crystallize and it gets clogged up in the dropper so it's very hard to squeeze it out. Overall, I think these are good for someone who's really pinched for brain power and needs to majorly simplify but it's not right for alot of people, especially if your a woman and need more iron intake because of menstruation and such.

I’m liking the products so far

I’ve only been taking them a few weeks but I do like how I’ve been feeling so far. Taste is not the worst, but not the best. Probably would have given a 5 stars but I didn’t receive a scoop with my Optimize Hydration.

Truly love this stuff! I started taking the minerals in 2024 and recently added in the hydration mix and multivitamin. Notice such a difference in my energy and digestion. I love having everything I need consolidated into 3 amazing products. Never go a morning without it 🩷
