Engraved Pet Portrait Bracelet

The bracelet I received looks nothing like the example images - the engraved “portrait” looks like a piece of textured metal. There was no proofing before sending. I tried to request a refund but the estimated amount was less than what I paid. I have also sent three emails to rectify this and have received no response.
