Engraved Heart Paw Bracelet

The piece of jewelry was a gift and it was beautiful. Communication though was less than acceptable. The tracking from your company versus the tracking from the post office showed different things and it got very confusing. Ordinarily it wouldn’t have mattered so much but there was a time crunch to make the gift be available in time for Christmas.I asked for clarification and got one message that it would be checked into but no follow up. Then I received an email as to please rate my purchase and I hadn’t even gotten it yet. Again, the same person responded just saying that I would get it soon.

I bought this bracelet as a gift for my son’s girlfriend. I think it looks very nice. I hope she likes it.

It keeps coming off I latch it, make sure its secure, comes unlatched. I cant wear it bc I'll lose it
