Vert bad customer service experience

One if the worst customer service I have experienced. The glasses arrived broken. Guinness shipped back new ones, but for some reason, I ended up paying custom fees again, and 3 times more expensive than with the first shipment. I have contacted customer support, but they are very unhelpful. I ended up paying over 100$ on custom fees for à duo pack of $ 43. This was the first time I ordered and will for sure be the past. I reached out to customer service various time and even asked for my issue to be elevated, but at this point I am not even getting replies anymore. Still unreasolved after 2 months of back and forth and a lot of my time lost on useless follow-ups...

Very nice glasses. I can fit with these a large can of Guinness in it. There’s nothing better than a frosty mug and some good Guinness

Glasses were exactly as ordered.
