Minimalist Espresso Knock Box with Oak Bar

Beautiful design but disappointing in use

I can't recommend this product. My husband and I fell in love with this knock box when we saw it on the website and in real on delivery. Unfortunately, upon first use, we discovered that the steel portafilter holder collided with the wooden handle, producing such a loud noise that it became impossible to use it in our home without disturbing us or our neighbors, as it was too loud. Perhaps we expected the manufacturers to take this into account and treat the product materials with the necessary treatment to avoid it. When I reported this issue immediately after receiving the product, the shop refused to accept my return due to insufficient reason, that’s a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, now we'll have to use it for other purposes, like a sugar bowl or something else, which is very sad. I hope this review will be helpful.
