Sonos Arc only not so great

First of all Verdi was great. Wonderful communication. The ARC was in perfect shape. Getting the ARC to work with HDMI was not fun. Finally Sonos support helped to figure out the problem. I had to get escalated 3 levels up. Now the sound. The stereo separation is under whelming at best. The bottom really needs a sub and that is 400 dollars. The dialog is pretty clear. I used both the automated EQ and added a bit to the bottom. Frankly I wish I purchased the small Sennheiser Ambeo instead.
