Ok, so... let me preface this by saying I love Lady May's products. I've tried most of the products in this gift set before, so I was excited to get a box of samples to give to my mother-in-law as a gift. I placed the order May 23. It shipped May 26. It arrived June 1. The ice packs were melted, and everything inside was warm. It didn't look like the products were damaged, but it's hard to tell when you don't want to open something you're giving as a gift to someone else. The biggest issue, though, was that I expected the 4 jars to come in the box shown in the pictures on the product page, nestled in jar-shaped cutouts. But the jars were wrapped individually in bubble wrap and placed directly in the shipping box. I reached out to customer service to see if they had a box. After reaching out a couple of times, they kindly said they'd send a box. I was satisfied. On June 5, that package was shipped. On June 15, it arrived. I was a bit dismayed that it took so long to get here, especially since they didn't know when I was planning to give the gift. I opened the box when it arrived, and rather than a gift box, inside were 4 more jars, separately wrapped. The ice packs were melted. There was melted product leaking out of the jars after traveling for 10 days. Although I appreciate the effort to rectify the issue by sending a whole second set, I felt like the point was missed because I'll still have to buy a box and make it presentable. Also, neither box was sent 2-day shipping as promised on the website. I know Lady May is going through some changes in fulfillment, and I really hope it gets sorted soon. I'm a big fan of their products, but this was a big miss for me.

The packahe arrived incomplete. The gift box was missing. The free soap added to tye order became inspent $200 never arrived. The chap stick gift set missing from my order . A true disaster. I have sent emails and called with sobfar no response. I will update this review if anything changes. Truly dissatisfied! Update. The manager of the company contacted me and shipped the missing items with some additional unsolicited gifts. Somehow, there was a problem with the packaging of the oder. At this time i am upgrading tge review to 5 stars, since the products are excellent.

I cannot express how much I love the coffee eye cream. Vanilla smells great and I use the unscented lotion on my 4 month old baby and it does so great on his skin. I always give these lotions as gifts to all of the women in my life and they all love it. Makes your skin feel hydrated and doesn't cause any irritation. I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for around 2 years now and receive many compliments on how good my skin looks.
