100% colonization every inoculation. I have used around 10 of these . I have changed from bag to jar .. works better for me.

I have used these jars almost exclusively for my past 3 flushes. The last 5 jars have been perfect and it averages 36-49 days depending on strain. I plan to experiment with other spawn mediums but this is definitely my go to.

Complete Fail

I bought 6 jars. Took almost 3 months to spawn and once transferred to tubs all bloomed contam in a week. 3 separate LCs and 3 separate runs of substrate. Only common denominator was the grain. Never have this problem with home cooked grain.
