I got this in preparation for after a hip surgery. The type of surgery did not require an elevated (booster) toilet seat, so the Toilet Rail was perfect for me. The Toilet Rail width was easy to adjust and the Rail was easy to install. The fit was solid. There were no issues relative to the unit being 'sloppy' , uneven or whatever! I am <140 lbs and about 5' 7". I preferred using the widest option. I couldn't help but think that a much bigger person might have an issue with the rail not being wide enough - even at its widest. But wait ... my helper for the first few days also used the Toilet Rail set-up. The helper is 5' 2 and about 165 lbs. She never complained about accessibility while using the rails! And I know her - if there had been an issue I would've heard about it!! Zero regrets about purchasing the Compact Toilet Rail.
