Do not recommend…
I really wanted to love it. The ocean breeze scent smells terribly strong it gave me a headache without even lighting it. Would not recommend. Wouldn’t recommend buying any candles since their customer service is horrible and it’s so hard when you can’t smell them first. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to exchange the candle for about a month and haven’t heard anything. It’s making me not even want to buy their tallow anymore even though I’ve been buying it regularly for almost a year. Its a shame..

Dissatisfied Customer
I am so upset with this company. I do love the products but when I ordered a candle in Dec it was a subscription. I tried to cancel after receiving another candle the next month on my account page and it said I have to have 3 months of candles before I can cancel so I tried to log into my account again a few days later to at least change the scent and it says page unavailable. I tried everyday on all my devices with the same results. I have emailed them multiple times. Reached out on instagram with no response at all. I called the store multiple times and they take my phone number and say the owner will call me back and they apologize. Say they understand how upset I am and they will make sure they give the message to the owner. I have yet to receive a call back, no emails and still after three months I am unable to get onto my account. I have fulfilled my obligation of the three months worth of candles with a subscription and now pretty soon I’ll get a fourth of the same scent without being able to cancel. Now I’m going to have to call my credit card company and cancel my credit card, which I don’t want to do but they leave me no choice.. I’ve never had a company treat me like this before. I don’t care if they’re in a transition it’s been months, unable to log into my account because that would be the easiest way to cancel it. It’s like they don’t want you to cancel and they’re holding you hostage. I am going to find another company to do business with and you should to or at least never do a subscription. These people are very unethical . I am done with them and going to look for a small family business that answers their phone or email after I cancel my credit card
