Amazing Quality; Impeccable Service

The quality of the Natural White Hanadama Akoyas were like nothing we’ve ever seen and Pearl Paradise’s service was some of the best we’ve received anywhere. The longer version: We considered many pearls (from boutique to online to well-know prestige brands) because there is NO industry standard for ratings and even not all Hanadamas—while these at least have minimum standards—from one pearl purveyor to another are created equal. We knew we would have to rely heavily on trust of the Pearl provider (especially in the strange COVID times), and ultimately realized that Pearl Paradise’s quality, reputation, and service were the gold—or should I say Hanadama—standard for the industry. And I do mean this. We reached out to a prestige brand and I would say received <10% the level of customer service we received from PP. My wife likes pearls with minimal pink, thus we added this to the notes of our order per the advise of our customer service agent, ultimately purchasing Natural White Hanadama studs and a Natural White Hanadama Bracelet. The jewelry arrived well-packaged and presented beautifully with certificates, and the quality exceeded anything we could have imagined. But wait there is more: in all of my Pearl research I completely forgot that my wife has allergic reactions to 14k gold. We ultimately ultimately had to return $4000 in beautiful pearls simply because I ignorantly purchased them without thinking about the (clearly advertised) setting and the return was taken seamlessly and refunded provided quickly. I would say that PP did this with no questions asked, but they actually reached out offering to have their artists custom-create jewelry on the exact setting of my wife’s preference. A simply wonderful experience overall. We will absolutely return and refer friends and strangers alike. Thank you!
