I had the privilege to visit Pearl Paradise's showroom and handpick the pearls myself with the help of Jordyn. Although I've done my due diligence of studying and narrowing down my interests beforehand, I was surprised by the sheer number of beautiful and unique pearls. But Jordyn patiently helped me navigate various options with incredible expertise with every selection so I was fully aware of what I was looking at. It was quite an exercise, but Jordyn patiently went through so many pearls to find a pair of Freshadama pearls that matched perfectly in size (6. 5-7. 0mm), overtone, luster, and depth. Just like their reputation, Freshadama were noticeably finer than AAA pearls, although both were truly beautiful in person. Anyways, once I found my pearls, they were immediately made into sturdy studs that I could just walk out in my first ever grown-up pearls! Overall, it was an incredible experience--so fun and educational at the same time. Side note: I always thought I would only wear warm-neutral, creamy toned pearls, but I was actually shocked by how beautiful lavender pearls were in person. Honestly, pictures do not do justice. Even in the eyes of a novice like me, they were elegant yet subtly edgy. I'm definitely eyeing them for my next purchase.

These freshadama pearl studs are beautiful, with a higher luster than a similar pair of Mikimoto earrings I’ve owned for years. I’m also impressed by the service I received when the shipper lost the first pair of earrings Pearl Paradise sent me. I contacted Customer Service and, after confirming the loss with the shipper, Pearl Paradise immediately sent me a replacement pair. I have purchased several Freshadama necklaces and pairs of earrings from Pearl Paradise and, as with the current pair, have always been extremely pleased with the pearls’ quality and the company’s service. My current purchase keeps up the company’s great record.
