Normally wear a Medium. Bought the Large because I read comments that Mediums were a touch tight. I love it, but could have handled a medium. Having said that, I only notice it as I put it on. I love running in it.

The quality and the look I absolutely love, but I would advise others to go up a size. I’ve had to go up a size from XL to XXL, but the arm lengths are still a little short as a personal opinion ( I’m 187cm in height and 91kg in weight). I’m not normally a XXL. The customer service and support has also been excellent.
