Exceptional Customer Service

I decided to go through PP for their reputation and price. I was not disappointed. The high quality is evident in the pearl, packaging, and information (abt your pearls) provided. However, when my partner first wore them, her hair would get stuck in the studs—between the pearl and dish on the post. I reached out to customer support and within a day I received an explanation of the problem, an offer to repair, and a return label. One week later I had them back without any issue. Mad respect to Tyler and the service team.
