This company is wonderful to work with. My pink pearl earrings are beautiful, but the backs are way too small and not the standard size. They happily replaced them with their next larger size at no cost to me, but those are still too small for me. I'll find some standard size backs somewhere. I will reorder with this company.

Gift for daughter

My daughter loves the earrings. Doesn't like large sizes. The 7.5-8.00mm are perfect for her. Great color, very good quality.

Beautiful earrings; exceptional customer service

I bought these earrings as a gift. I initially bought a size smaller and in a different metal color than I soon learned was the desired gift! I contacted PP the next business day and they were very courteous and helpful in canceling my initial order and reordering the correct size and color for me. The earrings arrived quickly and were well packaged. They are lovely. As they are a holiday gift, I don't yet have feedback from the wearer but I expect these, like the other Pearl Paradise pieces we've purchased, will be wonderful.
