Nawel - Black

I ordered the Mephisto Nawel in black suade, in my usual size 8. When I opened the box, on first look, they looked beautiful and very well made. These sandals have ultra soft black suade straps all lined with velcro which can be adjusted to accommodate my wide feet. The size and width are perfect for my feet. The straps are placed in the right and comfortable place, and although they are lined with velcro, the velcro does not contact my feet. The part under the footbed is made of cork and covered with black leather, so these sandals are light-weight and a bit flexible. The foot bed is cushiony and plushy. The outsole is non slip so I feel that I have a good grip as I walk on any floor type. The most interesting part of these sandals is that from the first wear I felt as if I was not wearing any thing on my feet!

Love these shoes.....a little dressy and so comfortable!
