Mirella Mosaic Heels

I was charged and shipped two pairs of same shoes which do not fit! I prepared to return them as instructed but ups store said without return shipping label the cost would be over $200 to ship out of country. Please help!

I was disappointed to open the package snd gems were in the bottom of the bag. They were not securely on the heel of esch shoe. I expected the product to be better, considering the price I paid. I bought thrm for my vacation znd Im very disappointed.

They are beautiful and they're not too tall that even a sixty five year old woman with some foot problems is walking just fine in them, and they're so so pretty.
