I use Lady Tallows beef tallow for almost all my cooking. My husband, who is a lean food person, has not noticed any difference in flavor. He has stated that the texture is better.
I buy one jar every 2 to 3 months. All depends ding on how much cooking do.

Great neutral cooking fat
I love Lady May Tallow! It is a great neutral-tasting oil for cooking pretty much anything in. Even my husband prefers this to butter with crisping fish skin in the cast iron skillet. This is my go-to brand!
