Simsonn HS Pro Shifter the H/SQ Dual-Mode Racing Simulation Shifter

Didn't have a good out-of-the-box experience w/ the shifter but was able to remedy the situation after a couple days of trouble shooting. On the initial plug-in and setup, all seemed fine.. however, i started having issues with the shifter disconnecting from the PC randomly when setting up key binds for various sim games. I tried multiple usb ports, powered and non-powered usb hubs, and different cables with no change in the random disconnects. The following day, I noticed the shifter still had power (plugged into a powered usb port), showing the custom colors i had setup for the buttons and bottom LED light ring, and it remained on with a solid connection... i ended up moving the shifter around into some of the different gates and noticed the disconnect again (PC was not on) Shifting into 2nd geaer and 7th gear immediately disconnected the shifter... This is when i knew it wasn't an issue with my PC, it had to be something internal within the shifter. After taking the shifter apart, I found a loose wire partially hanging out of one of the white connector clips. Once i secured the wire back into the clip, the shifter has worked flawlessly since. It was pretty aggravating chasing this problem but all good now.

Simply the best shifter I've ever used or owned. The feel it outstanding and the construction is second to none. I'm proud to be an Ambassador for Simsonn and look forward to many more upgrades soon!! Specifically the pedals!!!! Thanks!

It's perfect, I had only one issue. When I using H patter, i want to shift up to 2nd. The stick and the base make a minimal noise.
