⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently ordered sim racing equipment from Sim Motion and wanted to share my experience. My order was processed, packed, and shipped within hours of being placed. The website was easy to navigate, pricing was competitive, and they have an excellent selection of products. Unfortunately, UPS created a major shipping issue that resulted in multiple missed delivery dates and a very frustrating experience. However, what impressed me most was how Sim Motion handled the situation. They responded to my emails promptly, contacted UPS on my behalf, and even refunded my shipping costs before filing their own claim with UPS. I was especially impressed that the COO personally responded to my concerns and took the time to explain what had happened from their side. It's clear that customer service is important to this company. While I can't say the shipping experience was good, I can confidently say Sim Motion did everything they could to help and handled the situation professionally from start to finish. I will absolutely consider Sim Motion again for future sim racing purchases and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality sim racing equipment and excellent customer service.
