Good Customer service. They corrected what my online order that didn’t match the photos on their website. Instead of a hard case I was delivered a cheap nylon zippered bag with a sewn in elastic bands that secured in nothing. The barrel didn’t match and the QA inspection card was incomplete with missing parts. Their email response is quick and was resolved that day with a return slip and a new shipment. The product is good and is helpful in my training sessions.

Awesome training tool. Works very well. Just wish I knew to buy extra stiker tips when I got this to save on shipping. Also nothing says what size to get. Other than that the tool is amazing.
