Easy to use to fill up the cool fire trainer barrels.

I am having trouble with my CoolFire Training System. I purchase the 20oz CO2 container, the Paint Ball CO2 fill device and the hardware for my Glock G43X pistol. I get one good shot if I am lucky. I cannot find the correct way to fill the device with CO2 and achieve several discharges. I have looked on line for some sort of trouble shooting guide to walk me through the process but have not found one.
