Where do I start about my awesome experience with Atelier Alain…? I came across their site when diligently searching for monogrammed leather valet trays for our corporate gifts. There’re so many brands and products out there, what caught my attention of Atelier Alain was their products’ unique design, outstanding quality, fine presentation and fair pricing. Most importantly, Charlène at Atelier Alain provided me with a top notch customer service. Charlène/Atelier Alain’s communications were always timely and detailed, left me with nothing to worry. Frankly, my first thought upon receiving the package was somewhat selfish: the product quality and the workmanship were so outstanding that I wanted to keep Atelier Alain as a secret :) but immediately I realized that their excellent workmanship are so valuable that it can only be more enjoyable when shared with others.
