Eric and Jake were extremely heplful getting these batteries from Velotric. Velotric website wasn't offering Nomad 1 batteries so I googled them and Brimstone Bicycles popped up and I called them to place my order for 2 batteries. Eric contacted Velotric warehouse and secured me two Nomad 1 batteries at a discount too. Very pleased with their help and professionalism and friendly conversations. Thanks again guys!
