CmChoker Common Mode Noise Filter for Audio Power Supply

Inexpensive upgrade - no brainer

I purchased this choke just for fun. Didn’t think it would do a whole lot, but I proved myself wrong. Although my (in between) audio system (a €2,000 Sennheiser Ambeo Max soundbar ) is a joke to most of the IanCanada audience, it’s definitely an upgrade. I’m using the choke with a #32B Linear Pi Mk3 PSU, supplying a flagship #93A streamer (and an “as cheap as they come“ Toslink optical cable. Filtering is an art in itself, it’s so easy to filter the vividness out of a system, but that’s not the case here. It brings clarity and stage to the music. It’s worth every penny.
