The item pictured is not what I was sent. I thought I was getting a jerky style treat like the one shown in the picture but I was sent something different, with a very different texture, and my dog wont go near it. While some dogs are not picky and wouldn't care about that, mine does unfortunately and these treats are useless to me. I have been asking how I can receive a refund and no one has answered me. I will not be ordering from here again.

My boy loves these treats. He’s a really picky guy, so for him to eat these straight away was amazing.
