Looking Forward to Freshest Beets Possible!

I love the consideration in how you packaged my seeds. I live in a 2nd-floor condo with a balcony, and the best sun is on the shortest part of it! But I have 2 metal racks set up, and I'll be starting my seeds tomorrow, in pots inside the house. It's starting to cool down a bit...I live in Florida...and when the seedlings are big enough, they'll be transferred to larger pots on the rack. Can't wait for the wonderful beets and the greens! Two vegetables from the same pot, for the price of one!
