Fast shipping! My all time favorite beet. The leaves are delicious cooked like spinach. The beet root are sweet when harvested young.

Sprouting!

Just started these eager seeds and they are sprouting nicely. I decided to start them indoors in small peat pots which turns out to be a good idea since we had torrential rain last night. I will let you know how they do in the garden. Can't wait for some fresh beet greens. Maybe I'll plant a second crop here in northern New England.
