Yellowtail - Southern California

I've ordered yellowtail/hamachi from several online suppliers and the quality from e-Fish is definitely the best I've found. The 4 lb. fillet yielded nice thick cross-sections for sushi slices, and there was less blood line to trim out than expected for this size fillet. Freshness and packaging quality were also outstanding. Thanks for the great work! Looking forward to trying other products.
