Frijoles Charros - Organic Pinto Beans with bacon and sausage

Delicious!! They do taste like authentic frijoles charros. Add tortilla chips and cheese and you’ll have nachos on the trail. Yumm!

Yum! Yum! Yum! This was a versatile dish to serve with our breakfast, or dinner. One day I even made a burrito of it for lunch.
